It’s not often it happens but this weekend we placed two Blackzone Coaching athletes on the same podium at the same event. Last Sunday, at the Centurion Middle Distance Triathlon in Hertfordshire, Rosie Burke was second female overall and Holly Nairn was third female overall. An amazing challenging course with a bike leg that was more suited to a road bike than a TT bike.
The main take away from the race was that it’s great to see all the hard training paying off for this pair. An added bonus from the day was that this was the first time they have met each other and they have now become friends through the sport. As their coaches we are so pleased for them both.
