Triathlon Coach Kevin Henderson is delighted to report a good start to the season for Sam Maher with 2nd female overall in her first triathlon of the year in Lanzarote. Clocking fastest female-run and bike split of the day and finishing only second overall to an Ironman Cork AG runner up.
