We saw another great time trial result from Blackzone coached rider Val Gough (Breffni Wheelers) this week, making another trip north to Lakeland for a fast evening 10-mile individual effort. In this chase 10mile TT Val came home fastest rider on the night with a new power PB.

“A calm night with great conditions and an athlete who is on top of his training was always going to be a recipe for success on the day,” said coach Kevin Henderson.
