COVID-19 Update From Head Coach Kevin

Blackzone Coaching remains fully operational. Our training plans and coaching are conducted online and sessions can be taken using home equipment. We are adhering to current government advice on contact during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our coaching plans can help keep up fitness levels whilst locked down and we encourage all users to keep up fitness levels during this difficult time.

Coaching & Training Services

  • We are still offering all our usual training and coaching sessions.
  • Our sessions are conducted via phone and internet in line with social distancing guidance.
  • We encourage anyone using gyms or outdoor equipment to use appropriate hygiene measures, such as gloves and anti-viral wipes.
  • Our team is aware of personal hygiene guidelines and ensuring sanitary protocols are followed at all times.

New & Existing Customers

We are not currently experiencing any delay in delivery of service. Our service is dependent on the health and wellbeing of our coaching staff, who at present, are exhibiting no symptoms nor inability to continue Blackzone’s coaching services. This is subject to change and we ask for your understanding should illness arise. We will communicate any such changes as and if they are required.

Vulnerable Clients

We understand that all of our customers rightly have concerns during the current climate as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As out-lined above, our team will continue to provide a socially distant service as standard. We urge any customer with special requirements or concerns to discuss these with us.

Ongoing Monitoring & Updates

We will continue to monitor government advice and act quickly to update our own procedures and services in line with advice. If changing advice or circumstances impact on scheduled appointments, we will contact you directly.
