Johnny Mckeown smashes out a new Ironman 70.3 personal best
Only been working with Johnny Mckeown for 2 months so we were over the moon when he smashed out at new Ironman 70.3 personal best at Cascais Portugal last weekend. Johnny had a great build up to this event and executed his race plan perfectly. He has just had a short break and can’t wait to start his winter prep for a massive session next year. Watch this space
