Working with Kevin has been a game changer in my journey to my first Ironman. When I started, I had a basic fitness level but lacked any structure, strategy, and confidence needed to train effectively. As a busy working Mum of two young children I needed a coach to remove the ‘mental load’ of training for an Ironman.

From day one, Kevin provided a personalized training plan tailored around my work and family life and challenged me to push beyond what I thought was possible. Every workout has a purpose, and the feedback I received helped me grow week after week, month after month.

Kevin doesn’t just focus on physical training; he brings knowledge of nutrition, recovery, race-day strategy, and mental preparation. I found his passion for the sport infectious and inspiring.

Since training with Kevin I’ve exceeded my personal goals in both 70.3 and full Ironman distances this year, but I’ve also developed a new level of discipline, resilience, and enjoyment in the sport. I would recommend Kevin to anyone interested in reaching their full potential (and satisfaction!) in triathlon.
