MEET HEAD COACH KEVIN

I’m a UK-based Triathlon, Cycle and Ironman Certified Coach; and Level 3 Personal Trainer with 20+ years in the fitness industry.

Also a former double medallist at the Scottish Championships for sprint and standard triathlon, and Category 1 road cyclist representing Scotland internationally. My current passion for racing is in endurance triathlon, completing multiple Ironman and 70.3 events to date.

I’ve helped hundreds of time-poor parents and busy professionals balance the demands of multi-sport training around their hectic lives – with a 100% success rate to reach their goals and more.

I’m a busy dad and partner too, so I get it, life happens! Stuff gets in the way, and training needs to flex. There is no ‘set and forget’ when it comes to triathlon coaching – everything is bespoke.

As well as beginners I’ve coached experienced triathletes to qualify
for world championships from sprint distance up to Ironman distance, and coached British and European age group champions in duathlon and triathlon.

INDOOR CYCLING

Your triathlon coaching plan will include progressive indoor cycle
training sessions via TrainingPeaks Virtual (included in plan) or Zwift (subscription required) to help you
train consistently whatever the weather, and improve your power, fitness and performance on the bike. If you’re new
to Zwift, full support is provided for kit advice and set up to help you get started.

SILVER AND GOLD PLAN ONLY

Advanced plan athletes will have access to data analysis via WKO5 precision training software for optimum testing and results. Deeper performance insights on your unique physiology, threshold and power and ability to get better results in less time with 
the latest science-backed innovations. Your coach will translate the data so you don’t have to.
