Great performance be Jonny Teeling at Ironman 70.3 Switzerland in 29c temperatures. Jonny came to me at the end of last year as a complete novice having only competed in 5k Park Runs before. A 5hrs 34min in his first Ironman 70.3 is not to shabby. Now only 9 weeks to his first full Ironman in Copenhagen. Everything is moving in the right direction
